Bazar Exchange Service Ltd. facilitates currency exchanges between Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan, as well as cryptocurrency exchanges to and from BDT, INR, and PKR. Our services include:
- Crypto to BDT, INR, PKR
- INR, PKR, BDT to Crypto
- INR, BDT, PKR to PKR, BDT, INR
3. Payment Process
Steps to Use Our Services:
- Send Money: The client sends money to our designated payment address.
- Confirmation: Our agent in the client's country confirms the receipt of the payment.
- Transfer: Once confirmed, our agent in the desired country transfers the equivalent amount to the recipient.
Example: If you are in India and want to send money to Pakistan, you send the amount to our Indian payment address. After our Indian agent confirms the payment, our Pakistani agent will send the equivalent amount to the recipient in Pakistan.
4. Fees and Refunds
- All transaction fees are non-refundable.
- We do not cover any sending or receiving fees.
- Fees are subject to change without notice.
5. Legal and Compliance
- All funds exchanged must be obtained legally.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.
- Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If a third-party payment is detected, the payer must verify their identity or the funds will be held.
- In case of any disputes or issues related to frozen or blocked accounts, we do not offer chargeback services. Clients are advised to use cash deposit options for safer transactions.
6. Prohibited Activities
- No spamming, harassment, or advertising is allowed.
- Swearing and abusive language in tickets are strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to scam or defraud will result in legal action and immediate termination of service.
7. Liability and Indemnity
- Bazar Exchange Service Ltd. is not responsible for any loss of funds due to market fluctuations during the transaction.
- We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of payment methods, whether ours or the client's.
- Clients are responsible for covering gas or network fees for crypto trades.
8. Chat and Ticket Logs
- All chat logs and ticket transcripts will be saved and archived for security reasons once a deal is completed.
- Deals must be conducted through official tickets; any deals made via direct messages are not our responsibility.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service or back out of a deal if we detect any suspicious activity.
- Specific precautions may be requested to ensure the security of transactions.
10. Amendments to Terms of Service
- Our Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
- Legal actions will be taken against any fraudulent activities or violations of our Terms of Service.

- Overpayment and delays: If you overpay or face delays, Bazar Exchange Service Ltd. will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
- Excessive Pinging: Excessive pinging or impatience may lead to service delays or mutes.
